6. Customer is not allowed to share the purchased information with any third party. Any misconduct, misuse or other abuse of the relationship with TheLayTeam.co.uk will result in immediate cancelling of any relations between the customer and TheLayTeam.co.uk. This includes, but is not limited to, third parties acting on the customer’s behalf, and/or third party who have access to information about the customer. The relationship with TheLayTeam.co.uk includes, but is not limited to, the information, services, products, and subscription provided by TheLayTeam.co.uk. TheLayTeam.co.uk still withholds the right to pursue legal action against any infringements of this copyright.
7. Each customer is wholly responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his account and should prevent the use of his personal account by any third party. The customer shall not allow any third party using the customer's login details. The customer accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity.
8. Your email address is strictly confidential for us and the address will not be provided to any third party. TheLayTeam.co.uk reserves the right to send customer newsletters that can contain advertising and some information from betting industry same as to inform customer about news relating to the provided service on the time-to-time basis.
9. TheLayTeam.co.uk assumes no responsibility for material created or published by third parties that TheLayTeam.co.uk web pages have a link to.
